Hey thanks for your note about the garden project. I checked the soil temperature this morning and it is holding steady at about 58 degrees which is good for planting the tomatoes but I think we should wait another week for the peppers. The raised beds we built last month are draining really well after that rain we had. I picked up a few bags of compost from the supply store on Tuesday and mixed it into the top layer. If you want to come by Saturday morning we can get the seedlings in the ground before the heat sets in. Bring your own trowel if you have one mine is still buried somewhere in the shed. Also let me know if you need any stakes for the pole beans I grabbed an extra bundle.

Every cut is hand-selected and flash-frozen to preserve its flavor and texture. Participants will not be billed for the sampler — the cost is covered through this program allocation.

Regarding your question about the book club meeting I think Tuesday the 14th works best for everyone since most folks have conflicts on Wednesday evenings. I reserved the community room at the library from 6 to 8 and they confirmed it is available. We will discuss the first three chapters of the novel plus decide on the next selection. I will bring a few copies of the discussion guide I printed out. Let me know if you need me to send the PDF version. Also I can pick up refreshments if someone else handles the beverages. Just send me a quick confirmation when you get a chance.
