I meant to get back to you sooner, but the afternoon moved quickly and I lost track of the time.
I did try that route you mentioned, and it was much easier than the usual one, especially near the park where traffic always bunches up for no obvious reason.
I also brought the notebook, and it turned out to be useful because we ended up comparing ideas side by side and crossing out the ones that sounded good at first but went nowhere later.
If you still want to meet tomorrow, I can do late morning or early afternoon, whichever keeps things simplest.
I am fine with something low key, and I do not need a long plan in advance.
Just send a short message when you know, and I can adjust around it pretty easily.

I checked my notes again, and I think the second idea is probably the most practical one if we want fewer moving parts.
The first option is still worth keeping around, but it depends on too many people answering at the same time, and that rarely happens without delays.
I can put together a cleaner draft tonight so it is easier to review tomorrow.
I already fixed the wording in the opening section because it felt awkward when I read it back out loud.
The middle part still needs a better transition, though that should not take long.
If you are free later, send me the small list you referenced before, and I will weave it in where it fits best.
I am trying to keep everything neat and simple so we are not circling the same points again.
