I checked my notes this morning and realized I was overthinking the whole thing, so I just started with the easiest part first.
That actually helped a lot because once one task was moving, the rest felt less intimidating and I stopped staring at the list.
I also remembered your suggestion about taking a short walk before settling in, and that reset my mood more than expected in the middle of the afternoon.
I am going to keep the plan simple, finish the rough draft, then circle back for the finer points later, and uQ2HMz9EGxt that should be enough structure to keep me from drifting.
If you still have time tomorrow, send me your quick take, because I trust your practical sense on this. Thanks again for nudging me to stop waiting for the perfect moment and just begin.

I meant to reply sooner, but I spent part of the evening trying to sort out my schedule for the next few days and it took longer than expected.
I finally wrote everything on paper instead of juggling it in my head, and that made it obvious which things could wait and which ones needed attention first.
I think I was creating extra stress by assuming everything had equal urgency, when really a few small steps would have solved most of it right away.
Anyway, I am feeling much more settled now, and uQ2HMz9EGxt I can probably look at the other project with a clearer head tomorrow morning.
If you want, send over your notes when you get a chance and I will go through them carefully. I would rather respond thoughtfully than rush through it and miss something important.
