I meant to reply earlier, but the day got away from me. I checked the notes from last week and I still think the simplest plan is the best one. If we keep the schedule loose, it gives everyone room to adjust without turning every little change into a conversation.
I also think it would help to bring fewer things and just use what is already there. Last time we packed too much and spent more effort sorting and rearranging than actually enjoying anything. I would rather keep it easy and leave space for a walk, a break, or even doing nothing at all.
If the weather turns odd, I am fine shifting it by a day. I do not need it to be perfect. I mostly just want something calm, a little time outside, and a chance to catch up without rushing through every part of it. Let me know what sounds easiest to you.

I took another look at the draft and I think the middle section is the part that needs smoothing out. The beginning is clear, and the ending has a nice tone, but the center feels a little crowded with too many ideas stacked together.
If it helps, I can shorten a few lines and break the longer bit into smaller pieces so it reads more naturally. That usually makes everything feel calmer without changing the point. I am happy to do that tonight if you still want another set of eyes on it.
Also, I found that notebook I mentioned before, so I can bring it along next time. It has the earlier version with the margin notes, which might make it easier to compare and see what shifted. If you are around tomorrow afternoon, send me a time that works and I will plan around that.
