Yeah I finally got around to trying that new ramen place you mentioned. Honestly it was pretty good but the broth was a bit too salty for my taste. I would probably go back but I would ask for less sodium next time. The pork belly appetizer was amazing though really tender and flavorful. We also tried the spicy edamame wLIoZDWbBKJI which had a nice kick to it. The service was decent our waiter checked in just the right amount. Anyway if you want to go again next week I am free Tuesday or Wednesday after work. Let me know what works for you. I also heard they have a lunch special that is cheaper so maybe we could try that instead. Oh and I finally finished that book you lent me the one about the hiking trip. I really enjoyed the second half the first part dragged a bit but it picked up nicely. The descriptions of the trail were really vivid made me want to plan a trip out there sometime. Have you been on any good hikes recently? I was thinking of heading up to the ridge trail next month if the weather holds.

We finally adopted a cat from the shelter last weekend. She is a gray tabby about two years old super shy at first but she is starting to come out of her shell. She spent the first two days hiding under the couch but now she will come out for treats and even let us pet her a little bit. We named her Maple because of her amber-colored eyes. The shelter said she was found as a stray so it might take a while for her to fully trust us. We got her all the essentials litter box scratching post some toys. She goes crazy for the laser pointer it is hilarious to watch. Anyway you should come over sometime to meet her. Maybe this weekend if you are free? I can make us some coffee and we can hang out in the living room where she feels safe. She also really likes those feather wands I picked one up at the pet store yesterday and she was batting at it within minutes. The shelter also gave us a starter bag of her usual food so we do not have to worry about transitioning her diet right away. I will send you a photo of her later today.
