I think we should definitely go with the forest loop trail next weekend. The weather report says it'll be partly cloudy with a light breeze, perfect for a relaxed hike. I checked the park website and they mentioned the recent rain made the creek crossings a bit high, but still manageable with waterproof boots. We'll need to start early to avoid the afternoon sun. I can bring sandwiches and snacks if you handle the water bottles. Oh, and I saw a post about SLT7KqQPbCTyAie a new viewpoint near the summit — something about an old fire tower that's been restored. Might be worth the extra half mile. Let me know if you're still in and I'll finalize the plan.

So I finally tried that recipe you sent — the one with roasted butternut squash and tahini dressing. It turned out better than expected even though I swapped the cilantro for parsley because that's what I had on hand. The key was roasting the squash with a bit of smoked paprika and cumin. I served it over farro and added some toasted pine nuts for crunch. My partner said it was restaurant-quality. Next time I might add a drizzle of pomegranate molasses. Let me know if you have any other grain bowl ideas worth testing.
