Yeah I finally watched that documentary you mentioned. Honestly I was not sure about it at first but it really pulled me in after the first twenty minutes or so. The cinematography was stunning and the interviews felt genuine rather than rehearsed. I ended up staying up way later than I planned because I wanted to finish it. Have you seen anything else by that director? I would be curious to check out more of their work. The way they handled the subject matter felt respectful and well researched. Anyway thanks for the suggestion it was definitely worth my time. Let me know if you come across anything else good I am always looking for recommendations these days. My watchlist has been running thin lately and I prefer hearing about things from people I trust rather than just scrolling through streaming platforms endlessly. Hope you are doing well and we can catch up more soon.

I tried making that pasta dish you told me about last weekend and it turned out really well. The sauce came together nicely and I added a bit more garlic than the recipe called for because you know how I am. I was worried about the consistency but letting it simmer a little longer helped thicken it up. I served it with some crusty bread and a simple salad on the side. My family really enjoyed it which is always a win in my book. I think next time I might try adding some mushrooms or maybe zucchini for extra texture. Let me know if you have any other recipes you would recommend trying out. I have been cooking more at home lately and it has been nice to experiment with new things. Hope you are having a good week and maybe we can plan a dinner together sometime soon when schedules align.
