Yeah I totally agree with you on that. We went to the farmer's market on Saturday and it was so much better than the one downtown. They had this incredible selection of fresh produce and homemade jams. I picked up some strawberries that were the sweetest I've had in years. There was also a guy selling fresh baked sourdough and I couldn't resist grabbing a loaf. We ended up spending almost two hours just wandering around and tasting things. The weather was perfect too which always helps. I'm definitely planning to go back next weekend maybe even earlier. If you haven't been yet you should check it out. Let me know if you want to go together sometime. I think you'd really enjoy the atmosphere. The live music they had in the corner was a nice touch as well. We grabbed some coffee and just sat on a bench for a while watching people. It was one of those simple afternoons that just feels really good. Anyway let me know what you think.

I finally got around to watching that documentary series you recommended. Honestly I wasn't sure what to expect but it was really well done. The cinematography is stunning and the storytelling keeps you engaged throughout. I binged the first three episodes in one sitting which I rarely do. The way they interweave different perspectives on the same event is really clever. I also learned a lot about topics I hadn't really thought about before. My favorite part was the fourth episode where they focus on the personal stories rather than the big picture stuff. It made everything feel much more human.
