I finally got around to trying that new recipe you sent me and it was amazing. The kids loved it and it was way easier than I thought it would be. I made a few small tweaks based on what I had in the pantry but it still turned out great. The texture was perfect and the flavor was even better the next day as leftovers. I'm definitely adding this to our regular rotation. Have you tried any other recipes from that site? I'd love to hear what else you recommend. Also we should plan that hike we talked about. The weather is supposed to be perfect this weekend and I know a trail that would be gorgeous with the fall colors coming in.
