I finally got around to trying that pasta recipe you sent last week and it turned out really well. I was a little skeptical about the sauce consistency at first but it came together nicely after simmering a bit longer than the instructions said. I added a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat and it gave it a nice kick without being overpowering. My family cleared the whole dish in about ten minutes so I am calling it a win. I also experimented with using half whole wheat pasta and half regular and honestly nobody noticed the difference.
