That's a really good point about the user interface. I agree that simplifying the navigation would significantly improve the overall experience. I've been sketching a few alternative layouts that consolidate the main actions into a single dashboard view. Personally, I think reducing the number of clicks required to complete the primary workflow is the way to go. Also, regarding the color palette, I think a cleaner, more modern look would resonate better. I'm putting together a couple of mockups this weekend so we can have something concrete to discuss on Monday.
