That's a really good point about the user interface. I agree that simplifying the navigation would significantly improve the overall experience. I've been sketching a few alternative layouts that consolidate the main actions into a single dashboard view. Personally, I think reducing the number of clicks required to complete the primary workflow is the way to go. Also, regarding the color palette, I think a cleaner, more modern look would resonate better. I'm putting together a couple of mockups this weekend so we can have something concrete to discuss on Monday. Let me know if you think we should involve the design team earlier in the process, or if you want to just iterate on these initial concepts ourselves first. Either way works for me.
