The best plan would be to start early and take the coastal road since the weather looks favorable for the next couple of days. We can stop at the market on the way to pick up supplies and then find a good spot to set up for the afternoon. I will bring the chairs and a cooler along with some snacks and drinks. If you want to bring anything else just let me know and I will make sure we have room in the car. We should be back before evening traffic builds up.

I looked into the equipment rental options and the pricing varies depending on how long you need it. For a full weekend the rate is reasonable and includes basic insurance coverage. They also offer delivery and pickup which saves a lot of time and effort. The only requirement is a valid ID and a deposit that gets refunded when you return everything in good condition. I can reserve what we need if you want to move forward. Just confirm the dates and I will handle the arrangements. The earlier we book the better the availability tends to be.
