Hey, I finally got around to trying that sourdough recipe you sent. The starter took forever to bubble up but the crumb turned out really nice on the second attempt. I added a bit of rye flour to the feed and it gave it a deeper flavor. Let me know if you want a loaf dropped off. I'm still trying to perfect the scoring pattern though. I watched a few videos on YouTube and it looks like a really sharp lame makes a huge difference. The oven spring was decent but I think I need to steam the oven better next time.
