Yeah I finally got around to reorganizing the garage last weekend and honestly it took way longer than I expected. I found some old photo albums from college and got completely sidetracked flipping through them. There was one picture of us at that barbecue place we used to go to every Friday night. I can't believe how much has changed since then. Anyway I ended up keeping most of the boxes because I kept telling myself I'd need the stuff inside someday which probably means I should just throw them out. The shelves look great now though and I can actually park my car inside again. I also came across that old camping gear we talked about borrowing last summer. It's still in pretty decent shape CHb4SKj1qo2b if you want to take it for a test drive before your trip next month. Let me know and I can drop it off sometime this week. Hope you're doing well.

I've been trying out that new recipe you sent me the other day and it turned out surprisingly well even though I messed up the measurements a bit. I added too much garlic but honestly that's never really a problem in my book. The sauce was a little thinner than I wanted so I let it simmer longer and it thickened up nicely. I served it with some crusty bread and a simple side salad and it made for a really satisfying dinner. I'm thinking about making it again this weekend for a small get-together with a few friends. I'll probably double the recipe this time and maybe add some fresh herbs from the garden. The basil is growing like crazy and I need to start using it more before it goes to seed. If you have any other suggestions for what to pair with it let me know. Also I finally started reading that book you recommended and I'm hooked. The writing style is so engaging and I love how the author develops the characters slowly over time.
