I finally got around to trying that recipe you sent last week. The one with the roasted vegetables and the tahini dressing. It was surprisingly easy, though I substituted quinoa for the farro because that's what I had in the pantry. The whole family enjoyed it, even the kids, which is always a win in my book. I think the key was roasting the veggies until they were properly caramelized. By the way, I ran into Sarah at the farmer's market on Saturday. She mentioned she's been g4S6ExX6ObqjQOk taking a pottery class and absolutely loves it. She's making mugs and bowls now. It sounds so therapeutic. I might look into a local workshop just to try it out. Anyway, thought I'd share my culinary success story. Hope you're having a great week!

I've been meaning to ask you about your hiking trip to Shenandoah. The photos you posted looked incredible, especially the ones from the summit at sunrise. I'm planning a similar trip for the fall, probably late October when the leaves are supposed to be at their peak. Do you have any recommendations for trails that are moderately challenging but offer great views? Also, did you camp overnight or stay in a lodge nearby? I'm trying to figure out the logistics for a long weekend. Any tips on gear or weather prep would be greatly appreciated. It feels like it's been a while since we caught up properly. We should grab coffee or a beer sometime next week if you're free. Let me know what works for you!
