Hey, thanks for the note earlier. I completely agree with your take on the book club selection. It gives us a lot to unpack, especially the way the author structures the narrative across different timelines. I actually started reading it over the weekend and couldn’t put it down. The character development in the middle chapters is really strong. I think it will lead to a lively discussion next time we meet. Let me know if you want to borrow my copy once I’m done. I also wanted to ask if you’ve seen the trailer for that new documentary series everyone is talking about. It looks like it covers a lot of ground. Anyway, talk soon and enjoy the rest of your week.

I finally got around to fixing that shelf in the garage over the weekend. It only took about an hour, but I kept putting it off because I thought it would be more complicated. I found these strong metal brackets at the hardware store that made the whole thing much sturdier than before. Now I can finally organize all those old paint cans and gardening supplies. My next project is repotting the fern on the front porch. It has grown so much this season that it really needs a bigger container. I might try a different type of soil mix this time to see if it helps with drainage. The weather has been perfect for outdoor work lately, not too hot and just enough breeze to keep the bugs away. Hope you’ve had a chance to enjoy the nice weather too.
