I think the best way to approach that project is to break it into smaller pieces. We tried doing everything at once last time and it got overwhelming pretty quickly. Maybe we can start with the research phase first and then move into the design work after that. I've been reading some good articles about incremental development and it really seems to work better for teams our size. What do you think about setting up a quick call next week to hash out the details? I'm free Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning if either of those work for you. Also I wanted to mention that the software update we discussed last month has been working really well. The team noticed a significant improvement in how smoothly things run. Let me know if you want to talk through any of this further.

I also found a great podcast series about team collaboration that I think you would enjoy. It covers a lot of the same ground we talked about during the last retrospective. The host interviews different team leads and they share what actually works in practice versus what looks good on paper. I can send you the link if you are interested. Just let me know.

I finally got around to trying that recipe you sent me last week. It turned out really well and the whole family enjoyed it. I made a few small adjustments based on what I had in the pantry but overall it was pretty straightforward. The prep time was about 30 minutes and then another 20 to cook everything through. I will definitely be making it again sometime soon. By the way have you started planning your garden for this spring yet? I was thinking about trying some new varieties of tomatoes this year and maybe adding a couple of raised beds for herbs. The weather has been so nice lately that it has me thinking about outdoor projects. Anyway thanks again for the recommendation and let me know if you have any other good ones to share.

I also tried that new coffee shop downtown last weekend and the atmosphere was really nice. They have these big windows that let in tons of natural light and plenty of space to sit and read or work. The latte I ordered was perfectly balanced not too sweet and not too bitter. I think you would like the place. We should plan to meet there sometime when you have a free afternoon.
