Yeah, I think the hiking trail you mentioned is probably the best option for Saturday morning. I checked the weather and it looks clear until late afternoon. We could meet at the main parking lot around 7 AM if that works for you. Bring plenty of water and maybe a spare pair of socks. I was thinking we could grab lunch at that new deli near the park entrance afterwards. Let me know if you need me to pick up anything else for the trip. I can bring the portable grill if we decide to cook out there.

I finally finished putting together that bookshelf from the workshop. It took longer than expected because the instructions had a few steps that were hard to follow. In the end it looks really good though. I might try building a small table next. There is a local lumber yard that sells reclaimed wood for pretty reasonable prices. Do you want to come over this weekend and see how it turned out. I can fire up the smoker if you want to make a day of it.
