I used a bit less rosemary than the recipe called for since I prefer a milder herb flavor. The chicken came out tender after roasting at 350 for about 45 minutes. Next time I might add some lemon zest to brighten the dish. Let me know if you try it with these adjustments and how it works for you. I think you will enjoy the texture more with the lower temperature. The sides you mentioned would pair nicely with this.

The paint color you suggested worked perfectly in the hallway. It really opened up the space and made it feel larger and more welcoming.
