Thanks for asking about the garden setup. I ended up going with raised beds because the soil in our backyard is pretty rocky and nothing seemed to grow well there. I built three beds that are each about 4 feet by 8 feet and filled them with a mix of compost and topsoil from the local supply yard. So far the tomatoes are doing really well and the peppers are starting to flower. I still need to figure out a better watering system since the hose doesn't reach the far bed very easily. I was thinking about running a drip line from the spigot around the side of the house but that might be more work than I want to take on right now. Let me know if you want to come by and see how everything is coming along. I could use a second opinion on where to put the herb bed.

The weather has been cooperating nicely. We had just enough rain last week to keep everything watered without me having to drag the hose around every evening. I did notice some small insects on the kale leaves so I might need to pick up some neem oil. Have you ever used that before? I heard it works well for aphids and doesn't harm the plants. I also want to try starting some carrots from seed in the next week or two since there is still plenty of growing season left. The seed packet says they take about 60 days to mature so that should work out fine.

Anyway let me know when you are free to stop by. I will be around most of the weekend and could use a hand moving a few bags of soil.

The meeting schedule change works fine for me. I moved a few things around but nothing that can't wait until later in the week. The quarterly review slides are almost finished. I just need to update the timeline section and add a few notes about the team's recent work on the warehouse reorganization project. That project has been going better than expected actually. The new layout makes a lot more sense and everyone seems to be adjusting well to the changes. Let me know if you need me to present any specific part of the update or if you want me to coordinate with the other departments beforehand.

I also wanted to ask about the training materials for the new software. I heard there might be a demo session next month and I want to make sure our group is prepared for it. If you have a copy of the user guide or any quick reference sheets could you send those my way? I would like to review them ahead of time so we can hit the ground running. The software seems straightforward from what I have seen but I always like to be ready ahead of any rollout. I can also help put together a short training outline for the team if that would be useful.

Let me know what you think about all of this. I am happy to take the lead on the training piece if that helps free up your time for other items on your list.
