I meant to reply sooner, but the day got away from me.
I ended up taking a longer walk than planned, and it actually helped me clear my head a bit.
I think I was overcomplicating everything, when really I just needed a little quiet and a change of pace.
I also finally cleaned off the desk in the corner, which had turned into a pile of notes, pens, and random papers I never looked at.
It feels better in here now, lighter somehow.
I still need to organize the bookshelf, but at least one part of the room is back under control.
I can help this weekend if that still works for you.
If not, next week is easier on my side anyway, especially in the afternoon when things settle down.
Let me know what feels easiest, and I will work around it.

I got your note and yes, that makes sense to me.
I think the simplest plan is still the best one, especially if everyone is already a little tired from juggling too many ideas at once.
I have found that if I write down the next three steps instead of the whole list, I actually follow through without getting stuck.
Yesterday I started doing that with chores at home, and somehow the kitchen looked normal again by the end of the evening.
I also remembered the name of that place we were trying to think of, but of course it came to me while I was brushing my teeth and had no paper nearby.
Send me your version when you have a minute.
I am around later tonight, and tomorrow should be easier too.
If nothing else, we can keep it short and figure out the rest as we go.
