I can't believe how much my garden has exploded this week. The tomatoes are finally ripening, and I've already pulled more zucchini than I know what to do with. I made a huge batch of roasted vegetable pasta sauce yesterday and froze half of it. The basil is also going crazy — I'm going to have to make pesto tonight or it'll go to waste. Do you have a favorite pesto recipe? I usually just wing it with pine nuts, parmesan, garlic, and a ton of olive oil, but I'm open to suggestions.
