Hey! Sorry for the late reply. The trail was absolutely packed this weekend. We got to the trailhead around 6 AM and there were already about twenty cars in the lot. The views from the summit were totally worth it though. We brought way too much gear as usual, but the extra snacks came in handy. I think next time we should try the loop trail on the north side. I heard there's a waterfall about halfway through if the water levels are right. Let me know if you want to join next month. The weather should be cooler by then. Oh, and I finally finished that book you recommended. Took me forever but the last chapter was incredible. SoH6Et8ifuIAZ Anyway, let me know what works for you. We can grab coffee and plan it out.

Yeah, moving is always such a hassle. We finally finished unpacking all the boxes last week. The new place has a lot more natural light which is great for my plants. The kitchen is a bit small but we're making it work. Found a really nice bakery just around the corner. They have the best sourdough I've had in years. The neighbors seem really friendly too. One of them came over with cookies on our second day. The commute to work is much shorter now, which frees up about an hour every day. I'm thinking of using that time to start jogging again. We should have you over for dinner sometime once we get the guest room properly set up. There's a park nearby that's perfect for evening walks.
