Sure, I can help with the potluck planning. I think the best approach is to assign a few main dishes and let everyone else fill in the sides. That way we do not end up with fifteen bags of chips and no entree. I can coordinate the sign-up sheet if you want to handle the drinks and decorations. Also we should check if the grill at the park is available just in case someone wants to cook burgers. It is usually pretty popular in the summer so we might need to reserve it early. Let me know what you think about assigning a specific dessert category too because last time we had four different types of cookies and nothing else.

Also I can bring a cooler with ice so we do not have to keep running back to the kitchen. Let me know if the start time is still set for noon or if they moved it back an hour.

Regarding your question about the meeting minutes, I think the best format is to just list the action items clearly at the top. The narrative summary can be helpful but people mainly want to know what they need to do. I can draft the template and share it with everyone to get feedback before the next meeting. It might save us a lot of time going forward.

Let me know if you want me to present it at the next team sync. I can also add a column for the priority level so that urgent tasks are highlighted. Once we agree on the structure it should be easy to maintain and everyone will know exactly where to look for their assignments.
