I finally tried making that pasta dish you recommended and it turned out really well. The sauce was richer than I expected, probably because I used a bit more cream than the recipe called for by accident. I served it with some roasted vegetables on the side and it made for a really nice dinner. Next time I might add some mushrooms too since I think they would complement the flavors nicely. I also ended up using fresh herbs from the garden which gave it a nice touch. The whole thing came together in about 45 minutes which was perfect for a weekday meal.
