I finally tried that sourdough starter recipe you sent me. It took a full two weeks to get it really active and bubbly. The first loaf I baked was a bit dense, but the second one had a great crumb and a nice crispy crust. I've been feeding it rye flour, which seems to make it really happy. I can't believe how good the new Dune movie looks in IMAX. We should definitely go see it together. I read the book ages ago, but I remember very little of the plot, so it will be almost entirely new to me. I heard they did a fantastic job with the visual effects and the sound design.
