Hey, thanks for your note – I completely get it. We were swamped with the move and I totally blanked on returning your call. The new place is coming together, though. I finally unpacked the kitchen boxes last weekend. There's still a pile of books in the corner but I'm telling myself that's "character." The weather here has been weird – sunny one minute, pouring the next. I'm just grateful the lawn survived the transplant. Let's definitely catch up soon. I'll text you when things settle down a bit more. How's the garden doing? I bet those tomatoes are ready by now.
Anyway, xdFWVtmLx7WQXV I know you were asking about the recipe for that lemon tart. It's actually from my grandmother's old cookbook – the one with the stained cover. I'll scan it and send it over. Let me know if you want the shortbread crust version or the lighter one. Both are good but the shortbread is richer. Talk soon!

Actually, I've been thinking about that trip we talked about – the one to the coast. I checked some dates and mid-October seems perfect if you're still free. The crowds will be smaller and the weather should still be decent. We could rent a place with a kitchen, that always saves money. My cousin knows a good spot near the lighthouse. Let me know what you think. I'm also looking into that hiking trail you mentioned – the one with the waterfall. I read it's about six miles round trip, moderate difficulty. We could do that early one morning and then hit the beach in the afternoon. I'll bring that cooler we used last summer. Let me know your availability and we'll lock it in. I've been craving good seafood. That clam chowder place is still there, I checked.
