I ended up swapping the spinach for kale because that's what I had on hand, and it still worked great. The whole thing came together in about twenty minutes which was perfect for a weeknight. Hey — I just wanted to circle back on what we were talking about last weekend. I finally picked up that book you suggested and I am about halfway through it now. The pacing is a lot slower than I expected at first but once you get past the first few chapters it really picks up. I can see why you said it stays with you after you finish it. There is a part in chapter eight that I had to read twice because it hit so close to something I have been thinking about lately. Anyway I will let you know once I finish it.
