I finally finished organizing my home office this weekend and it feels like a whole new space. I installed a floating shelf above my desk to hold some plants and a few decorative items. The cable management system I bought made a huge difference in reducing clutter. I also painted the accent wall a deep shade of teal, which adds a nice pop of color. It took me a while to pick the right shade, but I am really happy with how it turned out. I found a nice ergonomic chair at a local furniture store. It has great lumbar support. I can already tell it will help with my posture during long work sessions. The whole project ended up taking two days longer than I expected, but it was worth it. I finally have a dedicated space where I can focus and be productive. Next on my list is to tackle the garage. That will likely be a much bigger project though.
