Hi, glad you asked about the park trip. We went last Saturday with the kids and it turned out to be a wonderful day. The weather was perfect, not too hot, and we found a great spot near the pond. The kids spent hours feeding the ducks and chasing each other around the big oak tree. I brought a picnic blanket and some snacks, and we just relaxed while watching the clouds. The best part was when a friendly dog came over and started playing fetch with my daughter. She laughed so hard. We stayed until the sun started going down and the park began to empty. There’s something about being outside that makes everything feel simpler. I’m already planning a return visit next month, maybe with a small cooler and some sandwiches. So I finally tried that yoga class you recommended. I was a bit nervous because I haven’t done any stretching in years, but the instructor was really patient. She explained every pose step by step and kept reminding us not to push too hard. The studio was warm and calm, and there was a subtle lavender scent in the air. I managed to do most of the moves, though my balance was shaky in tree pose. By the end of the session, I felt surprisingly relaxed and even my lower back felt better.
