I finally got around to trying that sourdough starter recipe you sent me last month. It took a few days longer than I expected because my kitchen is a bit cold, but it's starting to bubble nicely now. I've been feeding it rye flour instead of all-purpose just to see how the flavor changes. The first loaf I attempted was a bit flat, but the crust was incredible. I think I need to work on my shaping technique. Anyway, I was wondering if you had any tips for maintaining it if I only want to bake once a week. I've heard you can store it in the fridge. 3JMRuTY8pv4 Let me know what works for you! I'm really excited to keep experimenting with it. Thanks again for the great recommendation. I also saw your photos from the hike in the mountains, the views looked breathtaking. We should plan a trip soon.

I've been diving into that new open-world game everyone is talking about. The map is absolutely massive, and I keep getting sidetracked by side quests. The graphics are stunning, especially the lighting effects during sunset in the game. I've probably put about twenty hours in so far and I feel like I've barely scratched the surface of the main storyline. Have you played it yet? I'd love to compare notes on the best early-game gear. Let me know if you end up picking it up. Also, I'm thinking of upgrading my chair, my back has been killing me after long sessions. Let me know if you have any suggestions for ergonomic chairs. I also just started reading a great book on urban sketching, it's inspiring me to get outside more. The weather has been perfect for sitting in the park and drawing.
