I think the best approach for the neighborhood association is to start with a small committee that meets twice a month. We can rotate the meeting location between a few homes so it stays convenient for everyone. The first few gatherings should focus on what improvements people want to see most rather than trying to tackle everything at once. Once we have a short list of priorities we can assign small teams to research each one and bring back options. That way the work gets shared and no one feels overwhelmed. Let me know if you want to help coordinate the first meeting schedule.

I looked into the scheduling issue you mentioned and I think the best path forward is to block off the third Thursday of each month for the team check-ins. That way everyone can plan ahead and we avoid the back-and-forth of finding a time each month. I also think we should keep these meetings to about 45 minutes so they stay productive. If someone can't make it they can send notes ahead of time. I can set up the first three dates and send out calendar invites later this week if that works for you.
