The project timeline we discussed is feasible with the current team, but we will need to prioritize the key milestones. I suggest we start the user research phase next week to gather requirements early. Once we have the feedback, we can move into the design sprint. I will set up a kickoff meeting for Monday morning to align everyone on the goals. Please confirm your availability by tomorrow so we can lock in the schedule. Let me know if there are any immediate blockers.

For the garden this year, I am thinking of planting tomatoes, peppers, and basil in the raised beds. They complement each other well and are relatively low-maintenance. I will start the seeds indoors next month to get a head start on the growing season. We should also amend the soil with some compost before transplanting. If you have any favorite varieties you would recommend, let me know. I am hoping for a good harvest this fall to make some homemade sauce.
