yeah i totally get what you mean. i was looking at that project last night and honestly the timeline feels way too aggressive for what they're asking. we'd need at least two more weeks just to get the data pipeline stable, and that's assuming nothing breaks during the migration. i told sarah we should push back but she seemed hesitant. maybe if we put together a quick risk assessment doc showing the bottlenecks she'll come around. anyway i'll draft something this afternoon and send it over. let me know if you want to add anything before i share it with the group.

also i was thinking about the meeting on thursday — do we really need the full deck or can we just run through the dashboard live? seems like a waste of time to polish slides when everyone can just pull the numbers themselves. half the team already has access. just my two cents. let me know what you think.

oh yeah i finally tried that new place on elm street you mentioned. the one with the patio out back. honestly the food was decent but the service was painfully slow. we waited almost twenty minutes just for someone to take our drink order. the burger was good though — juicy, nice bun, decent fries. i'd probably go back but on a weeknight when it's less busy. anyway let me know if you want to grab lunch there sometime next week. i'm free tuesday or thursday.

also i finally finished setting up that bookshelf i bought last month. took way longer than i expected because the instructions were basically just pictures with no words. had to redo two shelves because i put the brackets on backwards. it's up now though and looks pretty solid. my cat immediately claimed the top shelf as her new napping spot. typical.
