I was just reading about the history of mechanical keyboards. It's amazing how far they've come from the old typewriter-style switches. I'm thinking about building my own custom one with hot-swappable switches. There are so many options for keycaps now—SA profile, OEM, cherry. It's a deep rabbit hole.
Speaking of hobbies, my sourdough starter finally became active after a month of feeding! The first loaf was a bit dense, but the second one had a great crumb and ear. I'm going to try a rye flour blend next time to see how the flavor changes.
