Yeah I think the best approach is to start with the layout of the room first. We have a fairly open space so we could set up three distinct areas. The prep station near the sink makes the most sense and then we can put the cutting boards and mixing bowls along the counter. I found that having everything within reach saves a lot of back and forth. For the main work table we should place it in the center so people can gather around and help out. I already checked and we have enough folding tables to accommodate everyone. The key thing is to keep the flow moving from prep to cooking to plating without crossing paths too much. I think we should assign specific tasks to small groups rather than having everyone try to do everything at once. That way we can work in parallel and finish much faster. Let me know if you want to adjust the layout or if you have a different idea for how to organize the space.

We decided to take the scenic route instead of the highway and it was a great call. The weather was perfect and the roads were clear so we made good time even with the extra stops. There is a small diner about halfway that has homemade pies and we stopped there for a quick break. The place was busy but the service was fast and friendly. I had a slice of pecan pie with coffee and it was exactly what I needed. After that we continued through the hills and the views were really something else. We saw a few deer near the roadside which was nice. The whole trip took about an hour longer than going the direct way but it was well worth it for the experience. If you have the time I would recommend taking that route especially on a nice day. The roads are well maintained and there is plenty of places to pull over if you want to take in the scenery.
