I think we should try that new hiking trail this weekend, the one near the reservoir. I heard the views are incredible this time of year and the path is well maintained. We could pack a lunch and make a day of it. I've been wanting to get outside more lately because sitting at a desk all week really drains my energy. Let me know if Saturday works for you or if Sunday is better. I have a friend who went last month and she said the wildflowers were blooming everywhere. We should bring plenty of water because there isn't much shade on the upper part of the trail. I can pick you up in the morning if you want, maybe around eight. That way we beat the heat and the crowds. Let me know what you think. QaKpSmwVNAThP We can also stop at that bakery on the way home if we are not too tired. I have been craving their cinnamon rolls for weeks and it would be a nice way to round out the day.

I really enjoyed that podcast you recommended about urban gardening. The episode on rooftop composting was surprisingly fascinating and I learned a lot about how to reduce food waste at home. I have already started collecting my vegetable scraps in a small bin on the counter. I am thinking about trying to grow some herbs on my balcony this spring. The host had such a relaxed way of explaining things and the interviews with actual gardeners were really practical. I binged three episodes in one sitting which I never do with podcasts. Do you have any other recommendations along those lines? I am also curious about the one you mentioned on documentary photography. I think I need something creative to focus on right now. Let me know if you want to listen to an episode together sometime. I find that having a good podcast on while I cook makes the whole process feel less like a chore and more like a little ritual I look forward to.
