I was just thinking about what you said regarding the garden project. Honestly I think starting with the raised beds is the smartest approach especially since the soil in that corner has always been rocky and compacted from years of foot traffic. I checked online and a few of the local hardware stores still have the cedar planks in stock if you want to grab them this weekend. Let me know if you need help hauling anything or putting things together. Also my neighbor mentioned that the local tool library has a nice level you can borrow if you don't want to buy one outright. Just a thought I wanted to pass along. Let me know what works for your schedule. I'm free Saturday morning if that helps get things moving. We could also stop for coffee after.

Yeah I finally got around to trying that recipe you sent over and it turned out really well. I swapped the chicken for tofu and added a bit more ginger than called for. Next time I might try it with a side of roasted broccoli or maybe a simple cucumber salad with rice vinegar. The sauce was the best part honestly and I ended up doubling it so we could dip bread in it too. Let me know if you have any other suggestions I've been looking for new weeknight meals that don't take forever to put together. Hope you're doing well. Talk soon when you get a chance. Oh and thanks again for thinking of me. I'll send you a photo of how it turned out.
