We talked about the community garden project last week and I wanted to share a few updates. The soil test results came back and the pH is slightly acidic which is actually great for blueberries and most leafy greens. I checked with the city about the water access point near the south lot and they confirmed we can install a spigot there. Karen from the planning committee suggested we stagger planting times so we have continuous harvest through September. Also the shed we ordered for storing tools should arrive by Wednesday. Let me know if you think we should adjust the bed layout at all.

I looked into the scheduling conflict you mentioned regarding the team workshop next month. The room booking system shows the main conference room is available on the 14th and 15th but the projector setup needs advance notice so I put in a request for that. I also reached out to the catering team about the lunch options and they can do a mix of wraps and salads. The budget we discussed should cover it as long as we keep attendance under 35 people. I think we can finalize the agenda once we confirm the date that works for everyone.
