I think the best approach for the project is to start with a smaller prototype first. That way we can validate the core functionality before investing too much time in the full implementation. I've seen too many teams over-engineer solutions upfront only to realize they were solving the wrong problem. Let me know if you want to sync up next week to discuss the scope. I'm free Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning. We could also loop in the design team if you think their input would be helpful at this stage. I've already sketched out a rough wireframe for the main flow 3sLzBMjHCc. It's basic but it covers the key user journeys we identified in the research. I can share it with you before the meeting if you'd like to review it in advance. Also, I think we should agree on success metrics early so we know what to measure in the prototype phase.

Let me know what works for your schedule and I'll send out a calendar invite. I'm happy to adjust the agenda based on what you and the team want to cover most. The research phase gave us solid direction so I'm optimistic about the next steps.

I finally got around to organizing my bookshelf over the weekend. It took longer than I expected because I kept stopping to flip through old favorites. I found a cookbook I forgot I had and ended up making a recipe from it for dinner on Sunday. It turned out pretty well actually. I also came across a collection of short stories that a friend gave me years ago. I remember enjoying them but I couldn't recall any of the plots so it felt like discovering a new book. My system is loosely alphabetical by author but I made exceptions for series that I wanted to keep together. It probably wouldn't pass a librarian's standards but it makes sense to me. I also cleared out a stack of books I know I won't read again and set them aside for donation.

Have you read anything good lately? I'm looking for a recommendation for my next read. I tend to lean toward non-fiction but I'm open to fiction if the story grabs me early. Let me know if you have any favorites you think I'd enjoy.
