I think we should go with the caterer from the Smithsons' party. The food was excellent and they were very accommodating with the dietary restrictions. For the playlist, I can put together a mix of smooth jazz and some upbeat classics. Let me know if you want help with the seating chart, as I have a template that makes it much easier to manage. Also, the venue coordinator mentioned we can set up the decorations an hour earlier than planned, which gives us more breathing room.
