I think the best approach for the meeting space is to keep it flexible. We can rearrange the tables into smaller clusters when needed and open them up for larger groups. The lighting should be adjustable too, warm for discussions and brighter for presentations. I already checked with facilities about the projector mount and they said it is possible. Let me know if you want me to reserve a backup room just in case.
