Oh that reminds me of something similar I dealt with a few months ago. It was a real headache trying to sort it out but in the end I just called them directly and they fixed it within minutes. The whole situation was much simpler than I expected. I guess sometimes the direct approach is the best one. By the way did you ever finish that book you were reading. I am looking for some new recommendations. I just finished a great one about hiking the Pacific Crest Trail. Really inspiring stuff. Let me know if you want me to lend it to you. It is a pretty easy read perfect for the weekend.

Also I wanted to ask about your garden. How are the tomatoes coming along. Mine are doing surprisingly well this year. I think all the rain we had really helped them take off. I might try planting some peppers next season.
