Hey, I just wanted to follow up on our conversation from the other day. I ended up going with that hiking trail you mentioned and it was absolutely beautiful. The weather was perfect and we even saw a couple of deer near the summit. I think we found a new favorite spot for weekend trips. The drive up there was pretty easy too, only about an hour and a half. Let me know if you want to join next time, we are planning to go again in a couple of weeks. Thanks for the update on the garden club meeting. I think the new layout for the community plot is going to work out really well, especially with the raised beds. I'll bring the extra seed packets I have at home, and I think I have a few extra trowels if anyone needs one. Let me know if you need help moving the compost bin over the weekend. The weather forecast looks decent, so it should be a good day to work outside. I also wanted to ask if you have any recommendations for a good book on perennials.
