I finally got a chance to look at the draft you sent over and I think the outline is solid. The only part that feels a bit thin is the section on implementation timelines. Maybe we can add a few bullet points showing the key milestones for each phase. I also noticed the budget table on page three needs the updated figures from the finance team.
