Thanks for sending over the notes about the neighborhood patrol schedule. I think alternating Wednesdays and Saturdays would give us the best coverage without overburdening any single volunteer. We have enough people to cover two shifts each day if we divide the route into sections. I can take the early Wednesday slot if that helps fill the gap. About the community garden layout, I think we should place the raised beds along the south fence so they get maximum sunlight throughout the day. The compost area can go in the far corner near the shed where it is less visible. We need to order soil and seeds by next week if we want to be ready for planting season. I can coordinate with the volunteers to build the frames if you can handle the soil delivery. Let me know what you think about the layout.
