Hey, just following up on the project timeline. We finalized the budget for the Q3 initiative and it looks like we have some room to allocate towards the new software licensing. The team meeting is scheduled for Thursday at 2pm to discuss the rollout strategy. Let me know if you think we need to invite the IT director to that session.

Also, regarding the client presentation next week, I have drafted the slides but wanted to get your feedback on the market analysis section before sending it out.

The hiking trip last weekend was exactly what I needed. We did about 12 miles on the Appalachian Trail and the foliage was starting to change. It was a bit chilly in the morning but perfect by midday. I brought that new camping stove you recommended and it worked great for boiling water for coffee.

Next time you should definitely come along. There is a loop trail near Bear Mountain that is supposed to have amazing views of the Hudson Valley. We could make it a day trip if we leave early enough. Let me know what you think.
