The weather has been incredible lately so we decided to take the dog for a long walk down by the river trail. Must have covered about five miles. Saw a great blue heron standing perfectly still waiting for fish. It's amazing how patient they are. Afterwards we stopped at that little bakery on Main Street and grabbed a sourdough loaf. It was still warm. We've been trying to spend more time outside instead of just sitting in front of screens. Honestly it makes a huge difference in how I sleep. Anyway just wanted to share that little story. Hope you're getting outside too when you can. Let's plan something soon.
