Regarding the dinner party next Saturday, I was thinking we could do a Mediterranean theme. Grilled lamb chops with tzatziki, a Greek salad, and maybe some roasted vegetables. I found a good recipe for baklava if you want to tackle dessert. Let me know if anyone has dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly. We should set the table outside if the weather permits.
