oh I totally get what you mean about the scheduling thing — it's been a mess for me too lately. I tried blocking out Tuesday afternoons but then something always pops up and throws the whole plan off. honestly I think the best approach is just to pick a time and stick with it no matter what, otherwise nothing ever gets done. let me know if you want to sync up next week, I'm free most mornings before 10 if that helps at all. I've been using a shared calendar with a few friends and it actually helps keep things straight, but only if everyone remembers to update it.
the other thing I've noticed is that when I write things down in a notebook instead of typing them, I remember them way better. something about the physical act of writing makes it stick. I picked up a cheap spiral notebook at the grocery store last week and it's been surprisingly useful. anyway, hope your week is going smoothly so far.

I've been trying to organize my garage for weeks now and I finally just accepted that I need to get rid of stuff I haven't touched in years. my workbench is buried under boxes of old cables and random hardware that I kept "just in case" and honestly I think I've used maybe two things from the pile since I moved in. my neighbor suggested I sort everything into three piles — keep, donate, and toss — and it's actually helping. I'm about halfway through and I can already see the floor again. the other thing I realized is that I need way better lighting out there, one of those LED shop lights would make a huge difference. I'll probably grab one this weekend if I get a chance. anyway let me know if you need help with your space, happy to lend a hand.
